# Team Awards

240M Glitter Tokens (24%) have been set aside for the Million on Mars team. There is a 36 month unlock schedule, beginning in month 12.

As a practical matter, the Company plans to award tokens from the pool each month to active team members, with a 12 month unlock on each award. Due to the overall schedule of the pool, that makes it possible to begin issuing awards to team members as soon as Glitter is issued.
