# Private Sale, and Advisors

#### Private Sale

The Private Sale represents investors who invested prior to the public launch. Subject to a 24 month unlock schedule, beginning month 12.

#### Advisors

The Advisors are being compensated for advising, facilitating, structuring and marketing the Glitter Token to the Public Sale and Private Sale token purchasers. These holders are subject to a 30 month unlock schedule that begins 12 months after launch.
